HELP! My house is Sinking

While installing an HVAC system for a client, we noticed that his pool required significant repairs. We offered to fix it, and he was delighted to hear we could handle that as well! During the pool foundation repair, we observed that his house was dangerously close to an embankment, causing the foundation to start buckling due to the slope. Upon investigating, we discovered that the original builder had not laid a solid enough foundation. After informing the client of the unfortunate news, he humorously asked if we could address that issue too. We assured him we would be glad to solve his now very dangerous problem. We detailed what needed to be done and explained that we had the expertise, equipment, and knowledge to ensure his home and pool were completely safe and would meet inspection standards. He is one very happy and relieved client.
